As an Executive Assistant to VP here at Honeywell, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President, ensuring efficient management of their schedule, communications, and various executive tasks.


You will report directly to our Vice President and you’ll work out of our Pune, India location on an On-site work schedule.


In this role, you will impact the productivity and effectiveness of the VP by managing critical administrative functions, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and maintain the VP’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage travel arrangements for GPE leaders.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the VP.
  • Coordination on all GPE level employee engagement activities
  • Manage the GPE mail box and DL
  • Oversee Yammer and digital display communications within GPE.
  • Coordination with Procurement and support on PR/PO’s
  • Coordination with facility team for GPE level events and Townhall

Qualifications:
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience coordinating complex schedules and meetings.
