Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivatedFederal Account Setup Specialist to join our Global Business Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end setup of Federal customer accounts within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ensuring all pricing and contractual documents are processed with 100% accuracy. You will join a dedicated team focused on streamlining the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and providing world-class support to our internal sales stakeholders.


What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:


  • Responsibility 1: Audit and process federal contractual documents received via Salesforce to accurately establish new customer accounts and pricing structures within the ERP system.


  • Responsibility 2: Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and stakeholders to resolve pending cases and provide guidance on proper account setup procedures.


  • Responsibility 3: Ensure all account transactions and demographic updates comply with established organizational guidelines, service level agreements, and quality standards.


What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:


  • 0–4 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, preferably within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.


  • Strong knowledge of data entry protocols and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.


  • Proven ability in problem resolution and time management within a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.


  • A University Degree in any field of study.
