Key job responsibilities
- Provide technical support through multiple channels including ticket systems, in-person assistance, and remote sessions for Amazon's multi-site user base across various computing environments
- Manage hardware and software lifecycle processes including new employee onboarding, device imaging, asset tracking, warranty support, and equipment recycling
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, hardware, software, and peripheral issues while documenting solutions for future reference

- 3+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience in senior level leadership support
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
