We are looking for job title : IT Solution Architect for SEAL (Secure Access Automation Layer) You’ll create impact by Own configuration, administration, and continuous optimisation of the EmpowerID access management platform across on‑premises and cloud environments. Strengthen security and efficiency by analysing IAM processes and implementing improved, automated governance models. Standardise authorisation by implementing RBAC and ABAC, reducing access redundancy across enterprise applications. Develop and deliver automated EmpowerID workflows for onboarding, role changes, access requests, and offboarding. Integrate EmpowerID with Entra ID, ServiceNow, SAP, ITAM platforms, and enterprise infrastructure components. Ensure IAM operations meet security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations through monitoring and documentation. Support internal teams with troubleshooting, technical mentorship, and operational IAM expertise. Enable adoption by delivering training, workshops, and knowledge‑transfer on IAM processes and EmpowerID capabilities. You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including Bring 8–10 years total experience, including 5 years as IT Solution Architect for SEAL. Apply hands‑on experience coordinating EmpowerID or similar enterprise IAM platforms. Demonstrate deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, ABAC, and privileged access. Develop and customise workflows using EmpowerID Workflow Studio and identity orchestration concepts. Integrate IAM solutions with Entra ID, Azure, ServiceNow, SAP, SSMS, and CMDB environments. Apply security standards, regulatory frameworks, and IAM governance best practices. Analyse and resolve sophisticated identity provisioning and access management issues with cross‑functional stakeholders.
