Key Responsibilities Assist clients with the integration of our software solutions, providing technical support and guidance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure timely resolution.

Develop training materials and documentation to aid clients in the integration process.
Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to software integration.

2-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably involving software integration.
Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and integration methodologies.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with technical and non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
