About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Infrastructure Developer – Platform Engineering to design, build, and operate automated, scalable, and resilient infrastructure systems across cloud and hybrid environments.


This role focuses on treating infrastructure as software, enabling consistent, repeatable, and secure deployments through modern Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities Infrastructure as Code & Automation
  • Design, develop, and maintain production-grade infrastructure code using:
    • Terraform
    • Azure Bicep
    • Pulumi
  • Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of infrastructure resources
  • Develop reusable modules, templates, and standardized deployment patterns
Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure
  • Design and manage infrastructure across:
    • Microsoft Azure cloud
    • On-premises environments
  • Ensure seamless connectivity and operational consistency between environments
  • Build scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions
Configuration Management
  • Develop and manage configuration using:
    • Ansible (or similar tools like Puppet/Chef)
  • Maintain consistency across Windows and Linux server environments
  • Automate configuration deployment and system updates
Containerization & Orchestration
  • Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using:
    • Docker
    • Kubernetes (K8s)
    • Helm
  • Optimize container orchestration for performance and scalability
CI/CD & DevOps
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using:
    • Azure DevOps (ADO)
    • Jenkins
  • Automate application and infrastructure deployments
  • Ensure efficient release cycles and deployment reliability
Monitoring, Logging & Observability
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions using:
    • Prometheus, Grafana
    • Datadog
    • ELK Stack / Splunk
  • Ensure real-time visibility into system performance and health
  • Identify and resolve performance issues proactively
Security & Secret Management
  • Implement secure infrastructure practices
  • Integrate secret management solutions such as:
    • Azure Key Vault
    • HashiCorp Vault
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive data and credentials
  • Enforce compliance with security and governance standards
Networking & Connectivity
  • Design and manage hybrid networking solutions:
    • VPN, ExpressRoute
    • DNS and identity systems
  • Ensure secure and reliable connectivity across environments
Innovation & Proof of Concepts
  • Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for:
    • New infrastructure tools
    • Automation frameworks
    • Monitoring and observability solutions
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve platform capabilities
Collaboration & Platform Enablement
  • Work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams
  • Enable developers with self-service infrastructure capabilities
  • Contribute to platform architecture and engineering standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in:
    • Infrastructure Development
    • DevOps Engineering
    • Platform Engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Microsoft Azure cloud platform
    • Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi)
  • Experience with:
    • Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Configuration management tools (Ansible)
  • Strong scripting skills in:
    • Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Experience designing and managing enterprise-scale infrastructure systems
