Role Details:


Title / Designation: Senior CRM Developer
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Onsite
Experience: 5 – 8 Years


Role & Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Lead technical design discussions and support end-to-end development, deployment, and enhancements
• Contribute to pre-sales activities by building POCs and providing technical expertise
• Work across all phases of CRM projects including planning, analysis, design, development, and testing
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 (Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, Web API)
• Develop applications using Power Platform (Power Apps – Canvas & Model Driven, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, middleware, and data migration tools
• Build and maintain reports using SSRS and Power BI
• Ensure best practices for scalable, maintainable, and upgradable CRM solutions
• Support DevOps setup and CI/CD pipelines for CRM applications on cloud platforms


Candidate Requirements:


• 5–8 years of experience in Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development
• Strong experience in customization (Plugins, Workflows, Ribbon Workbench, JavaScript)
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, HTML, and AngularJS
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience in data migration, data mapping, and system integrations
• Knowledge of Web API, Azure Security Groups, and Console Applications
• Experience in SaaS environments and CRM lifecycle implementations
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices for CRM systems


Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience with Azure services (Function Apps, App Services, Data Factory, Data Lake)
• Exposure to Custom PCF Controls and React
• Experience working on full lifecycle CRM implementations across multiple versions


Additional Details:


• Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 1-month notice period preferred
• Performance-based bonuses linked to billing projects
• Two appraisal cycles annually (April & November)


Selection Process:


• 1st Round: Video interview – basic CRM concepts
• 2nd Round: Hands-on coding assessment
• 3rd Round: Face-to-face technical + HR discussion
