7. Project Management: Experience in managing sales projects and consistently achieving sales targets.
8. Vendor Management: Experience in managing multiple OEMs and Subcons.
9. Cost management: Strong understanding of market trends and cost structures to position the most suitable products or Solutions.
10. Risk Management: Ability to understand customer needs, engage the right customers at the right time, and invest effort strategically.
Desirable Skills
1. Industry Certifications: Knowledge of industry-specific certifications, such as LEED or ASHRAE.
2. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with IBMS products and solutions.
3. Market Knowledge: Understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
4. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
