As a Client Experience Marketing professional specializing in Content & Experiential Strategy, you will define the strategy, message, and presence in partnership with cross-marketing and IBM teams. You will create overarching event and client engagements curriculum focused on IBM's go-to-market strategy.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Develop Event Curriculum: Create a comprehensive curriculum for IBM's marquee events, incorporating the company's go-to-market strategy and showcasing a unified, compelling IBM story. * Design Experiential Strategy: Develop a scalable and reusable experiential strategy, including activations and demos, to strengthen the event narrative and forge relationships with content teams and external and internal agencies.
* Craft Content Hubs: Leverage market adaptation and execution to create content hubs for various face-to-face and digital experiences, ensuring a consistent and compelling IBM narrative.
* Collaborate with Agencies: Work with external and internal agencies to develop top-tier event content strategy, bringing outside-in thinking and differentiating IBM's brand.
* Implement Brand Strategy: Incorporate IBM's brand strategy into event and client engagements, ensuring a cohesive and compelling story.
* Content Strategy Development: Exposure to creating comprehensive content strategies for large-scale events and client engagements, incorporating business objectives and brand narratives.
* Experiential Marketing Planning: Experience working with cross-functional teams to design and implement experiential marketing initiatives, including activations and demos.
* Event Curriculum Creation: Exposure to developing curricula for major events, focusing on business strategy and brand storytelling.
* Agency Collaboration: Experience working with external and internal agencies to develop event content strategies and amplify brand presence.
* Brand Integration: Exposure to incorporating brand strategies into event and client engagement plans, ensuring cohesive and compelling narratives.
* Experiential Marketing Tools: Exposure to utilizing tools and platforms to design and execute experiential marketing initiatives, including event management software and content creation tools.
* Content Analytics: Experience working with data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and experiential marketing initiatives.
* Brand Storytelling Techniques: Exposure to crafting compelling brand narratives and storytelling techniques to engage audiences and convey business value.
