The Human Resources Manager at Datamark, Inc.
is a key strategic partner responsible for overseeing all facets of the human resource function at our Mumbai site.
This position plays a vital role in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.
Primary Responsibilities: · Recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; recruitment, retention, employee relations, training and benefit programs as outlined by Corporate · Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department.
Participates in developing department goals & objectives · Administers all HR procedures and work instructions · Approves site specific staffing requisitions · Advises Site Leader in appropriate resolution of employment relations issues · Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.
Coordinates with Corporate HR Benefits to present safety meetings and acts as Safety Director for the site · Establish and maintain an infrastructure for employee reward and recognition · Prepares for site compliance audits and oversees metrics presentations to corporate officers · Oversees recruitment, interviewing, testing, selection, placement, background checks, and orientation of new employees.
Oversees personnel records are maintained according to legal and corporate standards Administers the site Worker’s Compensation program by preparing and filing claims and reports of accidents and injuries, including the light-duty return to work program · Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned Medi-Claim 5 Days Working Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in the HR Field, preferably in a BPO (call center) environment; multi-site experience a plus At least 5 years of experience in an HR Management position Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and labor relations.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the HR team and support employees at all levels.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
