We are looking for a HR Executive .
Reporting to the HR and Admin Manager under the leadership of Chief Human Resources Officer, A2MAC1 Group, and you will be responsible for the Recruitment, Employee Welfare, Employee Engagement, Payroll process and Employee Safety activities, and you will ensure the Welfare/Safety/Factory compliances are satisfied under the applicable Statutory Acts.
Your responsibilities will include working closely with the other functions like Facilities/Administration, Production/Operation, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Technology Costing within A2MAC1 India.
Experience required: 2-4 Years of experience in HR handling the functions like Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction and Orientation, Personnel safety, Training, attendance closure, Notice boards/employee communications, employee engagement activities, and support exit formalities.
Exposure to Workable portal will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in various channels like reputed job portals (Naukri.
com, iimjobs.
com), linkedin posts, and college placement officers especially of engineering stream.
Knowledge and experience in handling employee engagement activities.
Knowledge and experience in handling employee safety activities like ensuring proper PPEs during the work, ensuring appropriate work instructions in place, ergonomics, grooming etc.
Interpersonal skills like negotiation, vendor management, and effective communication.
Conduct background verification and facilitated onboarding and induction.
Oversaw punch card access for employee compliance and security.
Organize and host monthly championship events for team building.
Facilitate partnerships with hospitals and organized the first health initiative for employees.
Agreement renewal and adherence to statutory compliances as per state regulations.
Qualifications & interpersonal skills required: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any specialization, having an MBA in HR administration will be an added advantage.
Excellent English (French a bonus) communication skills, ability to collaborate and show user empathy.
Creative thinker, able to provide innovative solutions to problems.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Self-motivated and willing to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Comfortable working to tight deadlines and taking responsibility for delivery.
Proficiency in working on MS PPT, Word and Excel.
