Responsibilities:

Your Role: 


  • You will be a part of the team responsible for global data management for offered candidates and Citco employees


  • You will ensure quality and timely completion of data updating activity as assigned to you


  • You will raise issues and discrepancies found during executing your work to the seniors or designated person


  • You will liaise within HRSS team, with the HR team members and other teams within the organization as necessary


  • You will provide regular updates and reports to your manager


  • Expertise in Employee Offboarding and Absence management / Leave and attendance system is plus


  • You will undertake regular audits of the work assigned to you to ensure accuracy and completeness


  • You will follow processes and procedures to ensure operational compliance with local regulations and regulatory requirements


  • Your role requires work on Absence and Offboarding Management



Qualifications:

About You:


  • You will maintain the highest level of confidentiality and privacy pertaining to all employee and payroll records and any shared internal communications


  • You have the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to produce innovative solutions


  • You must have excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills


  • You have the ability to work with a sense of urgency within a fast paced and demanding work environment


  • You are highly organized with a high degree of attention to detail


  • You have experience with Oracle Fusion


  • You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


  • 5-7 years’ experience in Human Resources with 2 years into HR Generalist role
