What We Are Looking For Technical Background 4 to 6 years of software engineering experience, with significant exposure to early-stage startup environments.
Proven experience working with LLM pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation or observability tools.
Knowledge of voice agent infrastructure is highly advantageous, including STT/TTS, telephony integrations (such as Twilio, Vonage, Plivo, Telnyx), real-time audio processing, or conversational AI platforms.
Strong fundamentals in backend and systems engineering: you have managed deployment, debugging, and infrastructure independently, without relying on a dedicated platform team.
Expertise in AWS infrastructure components such as EventBridge, ECS, EKS, RDS, Lambda, and others.
Proficiency in Python frameworks like FastAPI or Flask, and/or TypeScript/Node.
