About the role

In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI frameworks, and intelligent data pipelines.You'll work at the intersection of software engineering and AI — building the systems that turn cutting-edge AI capabilities into products that business teams use. You'll collaborate closely with data scientists, AI researchers, product managers, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into impactful AI-powered software.



This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll write code, review code, debug complex systems, and take ownership of features from concept to production.






About you

knowledge and abilities



Strong backend development skills with Python (FastAPI or Flask) and/or Java experience is a plus
Proven experience building AI-driven applications, especially with LLMs, Generative AI, or RAG systems
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD or similar)
Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and system design principles
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Excellent code review practices and commitment to code quality

•Implement LLM-based systems including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering
•Experience with prompt engineering and MLOps practices.
•Deploy and maintain applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD
•Design and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure application health and performance
•Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and improve deployment workflows
•Experience in monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
•Integrate vector databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval
•Develop reusable APIs, components, and SDKs for the Team
•Debug complex systems, conduct code reviews, and ensure software quality
•Translate business requirements into technical solutions
•Build full-stack applications using React/Angular (frontend) and Python/Java (backend)
•Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
Beyond technical skills, we value:

•Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel) and agentic AI frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph)
•Knowledge of vector databases and RAG architecture patterns
•Exposure to cloud-native AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI)
•Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), GraphQL, or event-driven systems
