Your responsibilities
As a Fulfilment Operations Manager, you will lead the daily running of the fulfilment unit operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused process at the lowest possible cost. In this role, you will:
• Lead, coach, and develop the Fulfilment Operations team to secure high performance, engagement, and competence development.
• Take responsibility for operational excellence across inbound, replenishment, outbound, and service execution processes.
• Secure efficiency, implement improvements, and introduce new operational processes and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with the Fulfilment Integration team, unit management, support functions, and external partners to ensure goods availability and timely customer order fulfilment.
• Ensure compliance with IKEA’s Code of Conduct, relevant Standard Operating Procedures, and health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.
• Drive the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda within unit operations.
• Build a culture of equality, diversity, inclusion, and well-being while securing succession planning and a strong performance culture.
• Manage operations with flexibility, speed, and simplicity to deliver seamless shopping experiences and great customer value.
