Job Summary
As an Executive Director in the Asset and Wealth Management Controls Program, you lead us in building a robust and efficient control environment.   • Define and drive the vision for multi-year transformation programs in AWM Controls
  • Lead technology-driven transformation by partnering with engineering teams
  • Shape the innovation agenda by embedding intelligent workflows and predictive analytics
  • Bridge strategy and execution between Control Programs and Control Managers
  • Pioneer emerging technology adoption, including generative AI and advanced automation
  • Coordinate and drive organizational initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations and business reviews for stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


  • Skilled business leader with 15+ years of experience in the financial industry
  • Proven track record in strategic leadership roles
  • Proficient in project management and people management
  • Experience driving innovation and digitization for global teams
  • Understanding of LLM, data lake, AI, and ML technologies in control processes
  • Strong execution skills in managing complex deliverables
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
  • Knowledge of risk and control with ability to design and evaluate initiatives
  • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Confident leadership and sound judgment to influence risk management
