Job Description:
Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of Digital leadership team and department heads
Assist the HO Digital in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
Review, design, and execute improvements to organisational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
Improve current processes and optimise organisational procedures for efficiency and productivity
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective strategies
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
Analyse and monitor metrics and KPIs in alignment with the TFOs
Serve as liaison between staff, Digital leadership team, and HO DIgital, regarding project updates, proposals, and planning
Perform business analysis, recommend competitive strategies, identify new areas of opportunities
Complement the HO Digital in researching out and vetting / validating ideas / hypotheses. Act as an adviser to the HO Digital and to the Digital Leadership team
Reviews/ Events/ High Profile Visits: Assist the HO Digital in conducting monthly, quarterly & annual reviews and be the focal point with the Governance team for the business reporting. Be responsible for High Profile Customer or Internal events.
Oversee daily operations through collaboration with Digital leadership team and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from generating correspondence, maintaining documents, planning and coordinating monthly corporate meetings
Assess inquiries directed to the HO Digital, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage
A total of 7+ years of industry experience with a bachelors / masters degree in engineering / MBA preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferably good project management skills, working experience with senior leaders on strategic missions
Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense industry desirable
Strong organisational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
The ideal candidate will have clear, effective, organised written and verbal communications skills with good proficiency in using basic G Workspace tools and very strong in Gsheet and presentation skills
Strategic mind-set and analytical skills
Grade: Band VA
