Your responsibilities
  • Manage the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and making travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, and reports

  • Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee project timelines and deliverables
  • Proactively identify opportunities and processes to improve internal efficiency
  • Organize office operations and procedures to ensure effective support of the board.



Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within an engineering company or similar technical environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and other organizational tools.

Required skills

  • Strong ability to organize a daily workload by priorities and deadlines
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
