Role Purpose & Accountabilities:
The purpose of the role is to deliver high quality and fair delivery of operations that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders, awarding bodies and test takers.
Operations:
• Arrange certifications/ assessments as required by the process.
• Arrange and ensure training takes place as per schedule and follow up with participants post
training to ensure training effectiveness.
• Managing operational requirements for training.
• Preparing and analysing MIS data reports, management dashboards.
• Effective coordination with Examiners and Global Marking Team.
Leadership skills:
• Managing a team through effective people management and development approach
• Should have a flair for achieving organization goals and driving Continual Improvement projects
Quality Management:
• Carrying out performance measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of entire team to monitor
service quality & improve efficiency.
• Ensure the process meets all contractual process requirements.
• Submit corrective action report against the audit observations.
• Driving continual improvement initiatives in the process.
• Support and drive best practices identified by the organization in the process.
Stakeholder Management/People-Resource Management
• Preparing and directing schedules, monitoring attendance of the team, scheduling breaks and
shifts as necessary.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one on one sessions with the teams.
Governance and Reporting
• Good with MS Excel and formulas for reporting purposes.
• Practicing and ensuring compliance with that of all the BCMS’ policies and procedures.
Information Security:
• Ensure that the team is aware of the information security policies and comply with them.
• Ensure that the team complies with ISO 27001/ ISO 22301.
• Raise incident / blow whistle when observe any non-compliance to information security policies.




Language Requirements
The British Council systems and global processes operate in English. Written and verbal proficiency in English is required




Education
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.




Role specific knowledge and experience:
Minimum/essential
•    Excellent communication skills. Should have 3 – 5 years of work experience
•    Knowledge of managing back/front end operations teams
•    Analytical with excellent attention to detail.
•    Proficient in MS office applications
•    Ability to inspire and support people
•    Ability to plan well and prioritize work
•    Good decision-making
•    Proactive approach with focus on problem analysis & resolution
Desirable
•    Demonstrable experience of working as part of a dispersed team to deliver a service
•    Demonstrable experience of reacting positively to change 
•    Experience of Exams Processes in a secured environment

Further Information
Right to work: As we cannot sponsor work passes, applicants must already have the right to live and work in India.
Workplace type: 100% onsite work in Noida office 
Work Schedule: This is a 24/7 on-site role with rotating shifts, including night shifts. The position offers two days off per week, which may not always fall on weekends. Flexibility and adaptability to a continuous shift-based environment are essential.
