What you’ll do:

"This position is responsible for leading a team of highly skilled professionals, providing strong and visible leadership to guide, coach, and develop future organizational and technical leaders. The role focuses on shaping next-generation AI/ML solutions, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Graph Convolutional Neural Networks (GCNNs), Physics-based AI/Scientific Machine Learning (SciML), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
The team will collaborate closely with key growth programs to deploy advanced digital solutions that accelerate the product design and development lifecycle.



We seek a proven leader with extensive experience in modeling and simulation, particularly in leveraging physics-based methods and AI/ML to create integrated design workflows. These workflows should enable Multiphysics optimization and efficient design finalization. The selected candidate will drive the Digital Design strategy and ensure its effective deployment across the organization.



This role requires deep expertise in applying digital technologies to engineering design and analysis. The candidate will be responsible for mentoring the team in adopting advanced digital design solutions that deliver measurable business value while strengthening technical capabilities across the organization."

B. Stakeholder Responsibilities:

• Create a culture of continuous improvement to bring in value add in terms of cost, quality, and schedule



C. Technology Responsibilities:
• Continuously develop and enhance the technical capabilities of the teams to provide best-in-class products in line with present and future business needs
• Work with stakeholders to secure corporate, business, infra & program funding to improve technology development
• Constantly update and mature technologies based on TRM set for the team in line with the business product roadmap and product strategies
• Autonomous Design – Guide, mentor, and lead the development of Multiphysics workflows for enabling 2x throughput on NPI



D. Organizational Responsibilities:
• Constantly strive towards percolating team / CoE expertise into new sites / businesses to get more meaningful engagement
• Participate in organizational initiatives / discussions to add value by leading initiatives and handling business focal responsibilities effectively"



Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering from an reputed institution.
8+ years industrial experience in an engineering organization driving modeling & simulation, digital design & automation projects
