The job includes managing team, working on engineering data like model, drawings and BOMs using Siemens NX, Teamcenter and SAP. This role is not limited to specific skill in turbo compressors but extends to knowledge and experience in all domains of turbo machines. The position will be based in Pune, India, in the global challenging technical environment. One has to closely coordinate with the counterpart and monitor project KPIs like quality, project budget and on time delivery. Responsibilities • Lead and mentor the compressor engineering team • Conduct growth talks, give feedback, and manage the annual merit cycle • Approve timesheets and claims, ensuring compliance with company policies • Track team KPIs and drive performance improvements • Coordinate with stakeholders and functional leads to align on goals • Contribute directly as an individual contributor in compressor engineering projects z Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience • Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or other comparable degree • 10+ years of relevant engineering work experience • Strong background in compressor engineering • Proven experience in people management and team development • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with technical contributions We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
