THIS IS YOUR ROLE" Role Summary We are looking for a technically capable Bid Engineer to support the preparation of techno-commercial proposals for turnkey electrical projects across utility, industrial, infrastructure, and data center segments. The role involves close coordination with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and competitive bid submissions. Key Responsibilities Support preparation of techno-commercial bids for AIS/GIS substations, EHV/HV/MV/LV systems, protection & automation Review and analyze RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications Coordinate with engineering and SCM teams to develop BOQs, basic technical solutions, and cost inputs Assist sales teams with bid clarifications, technical queries, and presentations Ensure submissions comply with internal processes, technical standards, and risk guidelines Support cost benchmarking, basic value engineering, and proposal optimization Maintain bid documents, reference data, and standard templates Use available digital tools and systems for proposal preparation and documentation Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory) 4–5 years of experience in bid engineering / proposal support for EHV, HV, MV, or LV projects Basic understanding of Transmission & Distribution systems and substation concepts Exposure to utility, industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects Familiar with IEC / IS standards and electrical drawings Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams Working knowledge of SAP/ERP tools and AutoCAD is preferred "WE DON'T NEED SUPERHEROES, JUST SUPER MINDS!
