MISSION: 
Seeking a developer to join our e-learning (e module) translation and localization team. The developer will be responsible for translating learning content using AI tools, as well as reviewing and quality checking the content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance across languages.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in languages, learning content, and instructional design.




Key Responsibilities



·       Translation of learning content (scripts, on‑screen text, assessments, subtitles) from source language to target language(s) using articulate storyline



·       Co-ordinates with stakeholders/proofreaders for quality checks for translated e‑modules



·       Ensure translations align with learning context, tone, and terminology standards



·       Help maintain glossaries, style guides, and translation memories



·       Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and reviewers for content clarifications



·       Perform basic formatting and text updates in e-learning tools or documents (Word, PPT, Excel, LMS exports)



·       Track changes, versions, and feedback during translation cycles



·       Adhere to timelines and quality guidelines defined by the team




Required Skills & Qualifications



·Graduate student or recent graduate in:



Experience using Articulate storyline is preferred.



oLanguages, Translation, Linguistics, English, Communications, or related fields



·Strong proficiency in English and at least one additional language (reading & writing)



·Good understanding of grammar, sentence structure, and tone



·Attention to detail and accuracy



·Basic computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)



·Ability to follow instructions and quality standards



·Familiar with adobe tools (Photoshop, premier, after effects)
