What would you do? • Content Scheduling & Publishing: Manage the scheduling and publishing of approved content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) using tools like Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or Buffer. Ensure content is posted at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement. • Publishing Calendar Management: Support in managing the content calendar, ensuring it’s updated across brands and campaigns. Adjust the calendar to accommodate regional, seasonal, or time-sensitive changes and avoid content overlap. • Content Review & Quality Control: Review content for accuracy, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and is free from errors (spelling, grammar, visuals). Maintain consistency across all platforms in terms of tone, messaging, and imagery. • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with internal teams and market leads to coordinate real-time content requests. Ensure all posts align with campaign goals and regional requirements. • Conflict Management & Scheduling Optimization: Identify and flag potential scheduling conflicts or gaps in the content calendar, and suggest alternatives. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and community managers to resolve conflicts and maintain a consistent content flow. • SEO & Tagging Best Practices: Ensure all posts are tagged with relevant hashtags, mentions, and metadata to increase visibility and discoverability. Stay updated on platform-specific SEO and tagging best practices to optimize post performance. • Performance Tracking & Insights: Assist in tracking content performance (likes, shares, comments, impressions) and provide insights for continuous improvement. Regularly review engagement metrics and collaborate with content teams to optimize future posts. • Social Media Trends & Platform Updates: Keep up with the latest social media trends, features, and algorithm updates. Provide recommendations on how to adapt content strategies for better engagement and reach. • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide support for general content-related tasks and assist in the creation or adaptation of content when needed. Help with campaign adjustments as they arise.
