Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Responsibilities/Authorities/Main accountabilities: • Work with the client SME and Transition lead to finalize the KT Training plan. • Standardize the Knowledge capture template for daily capture what was trained on that day • Agree on training methodology for each topic • RTR (Record to Report) role is a position in finance and accounting focused on the entire cycle of collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data to provide management with strategic insights and ensure regulatory compliance. • Work with Mob to get access to the client training environment • Work with the mob team to get access to client screen capture using Epiplex/AIDT or any other knowledge capture tool. • Liaise with the client for all Knowledge capture/ process knowledge transfer activities • Alignment of SOW to actual tasks transitions. • Act as the knowledge manager for the knowledge transfer • Act as one of the KT resources • All Delivery KT resources to roll into the CD Knowledge manager • Act as the POC for all Knowledge capture and management activities for the Mobilization program manager • Ensure all Knowledge capture activities are on track and call out risks proactively due to non conformity of plans • Ensure Input and output measures need to be clearly defined. There should be a deliverable as output and what is the min quality required to pass it to the next stage • Report and govern with the mobilization program manager for all knowledge capture activities. • Report KT non performance of KT Travelers and mitigation plans • Understand the assessment methodology for Gate 1, Gate 2 & Gate 3 • Enable KT resources to clear stage gate assessment with 100% success • Report and call out KT resource performance issue and suggest mitigation • Work with the mob team to finalize the no of DTPs to be created for each process under transition
