As a Data Analyst at FE fundinfo, you’ll be part of a dynamic team driving data excellence and innovation.
You’ll work on high-impact projects that influence decision-making across the organization, collaborate with international stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities as a Data Analyst will include: Managing distributor cases from triage to resolution within agreed SLAs, ensuring accuracy and a client-first approach.
Acting as the primary contact for distributor clients, delivering timely and professional responses to queries.
Partnering with clients to understand their data needs and delivery expectations.
Building and maintaining strong, sustainable data connections with key distributor clients.
Supporting data coverage and reporting needs with clear, transparent outputs.
Contributing to the Eco System Pipeline by sourcing data from public sources and collaborating with Data Providers.
