Job Purpose
Data Analyst in the P&C Division utilizes data analytics to optimize sales and marketing strategies, drive informed decision-making, contribute to revenue growth, and collect and analyze complex data sets, providing valuable insights to enhance customer targeting and improve overall performance.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Policies and Procedures
- Implement the Sales established policies and procedures and comply with Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons’ other policies.
Data Analyst Activities
Data Collection and Analysis
- Gather, filter, and transform sales and marketing data from various sources, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and social media channels, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the sales and marketing data.
- Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to uncover actionable insights that can enhance sales and marketing performance.
- Perform segmentation analysis to identify customer segments and personalize marketing campaigns.
Reporting and Visualization
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations specifically tailored to sales and marketing needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand reporting requirements and develop customized reports and metrics to measure campaign performance, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Regularly monitor and maintain existing reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Respond to any inquiries from the P&C Management team by providing accurate and timely data.
- Archive all data in a secure and organized manner.
Data Quality and Governance
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data quality checks and validation processes specific to the sales and marketing data.
- Contribute to data governance initiatives by documenting data sources, definitions, and data lineage related to sales and marketing.
- Identify and propose solutions for data-related issues and challenges specific to sales and marketing, such as data gaps or inconsistencies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques and tools specifically within the Perfumes and Cosmetics industry..

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Mathematics, or equivalent.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience in the same or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role, preferably within the Perfumes and Cosmetics or related consumer goods industries.
