We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive (Back Office) for a reputed jewellery shop in Trichy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer records, order processing, billing support, coordination with sales staff, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, customer focus, and the ability to support daily showroom operations efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records, purchase details, and billing data.
Handle back-office documentation, invoices, and order processing.
Coordinate with sales and showroom staff for smooth customer service operations.
Support customer inquiries related to orders, billing, and product details.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and customer activities.
Manage follow-ups with customers for payments, deliveries, and feedback.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of records (manual and digital).
Assist in inventory tracking and stock-related documentation.
Handle data entry and verification with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support management with administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in back-office, customer support, or retail administration (preferred).
Experience in jewellery retail or showroom operations is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of billing systems and office documentation.
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Strong computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
