Purpose of the Job
To ensure all customer calls are attended/responded on time and minimum expected objectives are met.
Essential Functions
Achieves Customer Care/Service department goals and results by using ‘best practice’ leadership and management principles and ensuring adherence to organizational procedures, policies, and systems.
Assist in Customer Service Team on business related calls
Attending all the Customer Calls, following up on customer queries, obtained customer feedbacks
Making cold calls for customers on Business Development
Updating status of service to customers

Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment and as given by the seniors.
Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:
Any degree (preferably science degree)
Good command in English
Prior experience in Customer Service/ Customer Care
Prior experience in Call Centers or BPO
Basic knowledge about Testing (Textile or other consumer products)
Experience:
B. Tech with minimum 5 years experience or Diploma with minimum 8 years experience
