Job Title: Creator Welcome Strategist Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: Central or Eastern Time preferred Job Overview: Our client, Pixory , a fast-growing creator education and coaching brand, is looking for a Creator Welcome Strategist to activate and onboard new creators from day one.
In this role, you will serve as the first human touchpoint for every creator entering Pixory’s ecosystem, leading high-energy welcome calls, setting expectations, assigning creators to the right coaches, and ensuring early momentum and accountability while contributing to a high-performance creator environment.
Or We’re helping our client find a strong, creator-facing operator with a background in organic marketing, creator coaching, or DTC creative strategy who can bring clarity, structure, and consistent energy to daily creator welcome calls.
Responsibilities: Lead structured, high-energy welcome calls for all new creators joining Pixory.
Set clear expectations around success in the first 30–45 days, content standards, and accountability.
Assign creators to the appropriate Breakthrough coach based on capacity and fit.
Introduce creators to their coach and schedule initial, 15-day, and 30-day coaching touchpoints.
Monitor early posting behavior and activation during the first 30 days.
Proactively follow up with inactive or low-input creators and escalate when needed.
Manage offboarding workflows for creators who consistently fail to meet baseline effort.
Maintain clean systems, dashboards, and internal tracking related to creator onboarding and activity.
Identify recurring questions or friction points and share insights with coaches and leadership.
Contribute to improving onboarding resources, FAQs, Looms, and welcome call processes.
Nice-to-Have: Experience coaching or managing creators at scale.
Familiarity with creator analytics, posting consistency tracking, or performance monitoring.
Experience working closely with marketing leadership or founders.
Background in onboarding, activation, or community-led growth roles.
Must-Have: 3+ years of experience in organic marketing, creator coaching, UGC creation, or DTC paid/creative strategy.
Strong on-camera presence with the ability to lead confident, high-energy calls.
Deep understanding of short-form content and creator workflows.
Comfort working with systems, dashboards, and operational processes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to balance empathy and firmness.
Ability to maintain standards and protect a high-performance environment.
