The Coordinator, Operations supports day-to-day office operations by managing administrative and clerical tasks and ensuring efficient communication across the team. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor. In addition to administrative duties, this position plays a meaningful role in supporting revenue growth by assisting with lead follow-up, coordinating sales activities and helping identify new business opportunities within the certification and compliance space.
What You Will Do:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and internal or external events.
Maintain, organize and update files, records and correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
Monitor and track project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other business documentation.
Process invoices, expense reports and support basic financial tracking.
Address routine client and internal inquiries related to administrative processes.
Promote a positive, professional office environment by resolving day-to-day issues promptly.
Perform general office duties as required.
Support Sales and Marketing teams with the execution of sales strategies, follow-ups and promotional activities.
What You Will Need:
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (certifications in office management or administration are an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
2-3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical or sales support role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with scheduling and office management tools.
Proficiency in English.

Reporting Relationships:
Will report to Country Manager and has no direct reports
Working Conditions:
The work environment will primarily be an air-conditioned office setting requiring the employee to sit for prolonged periods while concentrating on a computer screen.
