Your role and responsibilities

As a Complex Project Manager: SAP HANA, you will be responsible for managing complex SAP HANA projects from initiation to delivery, leading cross-functional teams to achieve successful project execution. Your expertise in SAP HANA, project management, and leadership will enable you to navigate complex project landscapes and deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring collaboration and effective communication among team members to drive project success. * Manage Project Landscapes: Navigate complex project environments, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality results. * Ensure Client Satisfaction: Deliver project outcomes that meet client expectations, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth through exceptional project management. * Develop Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource allocation to guide project execution and ensure successful delivery. * Drive Project Execution: Oversee project progress, addressing issues and making informed decisions to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

* Advanced SAP HANA Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP HANA architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts to deliver high-quality results in complex project environments. * Agile Project Methodologies: Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to drive project execution and ensure successful delivery. * Cloud-Based Solutions: Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, such as SAP HANA Cloud, to navigate complex project landscapes and deliver project outcomes that meet client expectations.
