What are we looking for? • A self-starter who will actively learn and engage without much hand holding • Must have Operations Transformation experience and Functional experience • Has proven track record of deliveries • Has good communication and stakeholder management skills • Team player and has high Accountability • Lean Six Sigma, Geen belt and Black Belt Certified • Driven projects and delivered value using the above methodology • Data Analysis and Analytical skills • Stakeholder management skills • Experience in HRO projects as BT/ Domain experience is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: • Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environment • Facilitate and/or participate in cross functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis • Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles • Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes • Provide support to develop support assets, e.g., tracking tool for operational excellence success stories, tracking of root cause/lessons learned from actual delivery experiences, etc. • Provide support/input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings • Communicate to key management stakeholders on salient quality issues and business opportunities • Support the development and implementation of a formal management review of Key Performance/Operating results, and train and coach all functional areas on measurement principles • Facilitate and/or participate in cross functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis
