As an Analyst in Business Management (Design Operations), you will deliver effective stakeholder solutions by managing core operational processes, including onboarding/off-boarding workflows, systems access coordination, location strategy support, and employee engagement initiatives


Job Responsibilities


  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
  • Gain a clear understanding of Firmwide and DCE onboarding processes to provide guidance and support to managers and new joiners as the navigate systems, promoting self-service tools and a positive new joiner experience. 
  • Coordinate with local GTI contacts across multiple India location to track and manage MacBook inventory
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, and business analysis
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that supports growth and development, while communicating effectively with business partners to execute deliverables
  • Identify issues/risks and drive resolution actions
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for team presentations, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions
  • Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites, like SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams, and OneDrive

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities


  • 1+ years of experience in operations, business management, program coordination, or a related role 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management/business management.


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to scope tasks, define outcomes, improve processes, and drive work to completion.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise updates and documentation.
  • Proficiency with common productivity and tracking tools (MS Office Suite) 
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience improving operational processes across onboarding/off-boarding, access provisioning, location strategy, or engagement programs, including basic measurement of outcomes (cycle times, satisfaction, adoption).
  • Familiarity with managing an intake process, maintaining a backlog/book of work, and supporting light governance routines (weekly prioritization, status reporting, stakeholder updates). 
  • Experience supporting a design or creative organization, including exposure to design operations, employee experience, or team enablement.
