The Business Development Manager – Ecommerce Solutions (ECS) is responsible for driving customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth for DGF’s cross-border eCommerce offering. The role focuses on onboarding SME exporters, D2C brands, and marketplace sellers, converting demand into recurring shipment volumes, and establishing ECS as a scalable, repeatable growth engine within DGF.




Key Responsibilities:



Commercial Growth & Customer Acquisition



  • Acquire new SME and D2C exporters for ECS.
  • Manage end‑to‑end sales: lead generation to deal closure.
  • Drive early activation and repeat shipping.

Customer Onboarding & Enablement



  • Guide customers through ECS onboarding and processes.
  • Act as the main commercial contact during ramp‑up.
  • Coordinate with Ops and CS for smooth initial shipments.

Pipeline & Performance Management



  • Maintain a strong ECS sales pipeline aligned to targets.
  • Track onboarding‑to‑activation conversion.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and CRM hygiene.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Work with Product, Ops, Finance, and CS for service alignment.
  • Support marketplace‑led opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback to improve ECS.
