PM India is currently hiring for a Business Analyst role for its Gurgaon office, offering an opportunity to work on impactful, business-critical initiatives.The Business Analyst will manage business and ad hoc requirements through data products and analytics solutions. Role will be instrumental in driving business growth leveraging data where traditional consumer marketing is restricted. Your role will involve analyzing complex data, identifying actionable opportunities, and collaborating closely with commercial departments to develop data driven solution. This role involves functional design, product testing, and leveraging business modelling and situation analysis to drive improvements and efficiencies.

Roles & Responsibilities will include



  • Investigate business situations to identify problems and opportunities. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Build and develop data foundation for complex data and analytical products.
  • Create functional specifications and design documents for new systems and enhancements.
  • Design and implement data products and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure product quality and functionality. Identify and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback.

Work Experince & Eductaional Requirement :



  • B.Sc. in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
  • Experience with business modelling tools and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles to ensure data integrity.

Other Skills :



  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python (preferred), and SQL for data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from raw data and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Skilled in investigating business situations, conducting root cause analysis, and recommending improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
