An Ideal Candidate:
You support the Commercial Excellence function by leveraging advanced Excel, Power Query, and VBA to deliver accurate data processing, performance analytics, and reporting across Region × Channel × Customer × Persona × Category × SKU levels. Your role includes evaluating Target vs Achievement with quantified risks and opportunities, enabling O+O business planning through baseline integration and Optimus actualization, and publishing primary and secondary business reports to stakeholders. You provide detailed sales and distribution performance insights, MTD productivity flashes, store-segment analyses, and scheme/launch performance evaluations. Additionally, you support BA1 and BA2 with productivity, city phasing, norms and quota-setting, and ComEx analytics while ensuring data governance by flagging quality risks. You also prepare Optimus TWWP formats and publish SISOST dashboards, contributing to stronger commercial decision-making and operational excellence.
