Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. A typical day may include assessing the current state of business operations, identifying customer requirements, and defining future business solutions. You will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and improve integration with technology. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that business models align effectively with technological advancements, ultimately driving efficiency and innovation within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive documentation to support project initiatives and ensure clarity among team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Charles River Middle Office, Charles River Portfolio Management & Risk Analytics, Charles River Data and Position Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Experience in project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
