About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as a Scrum Master and take on a key role in driving the automation of managed services delivery activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our automation solutions meet client expectations and deliver necessary functionality
What you will do:
Guide the team and organization in leveraging Agile/Scrum practices and values to exceed customer expectations.
Support the team in maximizing self-organization and filling intentional gaps in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and organization, and coach them towards higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder progress, fostering a safe environment for issue resolution and problem-solving.
Facilitate open communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the team.
Support and educate the Product Owner in grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Provide servant leadership to the team, leading by example and offering support whenever needed.
The skills you bring:
Qualification Required -BE/ B.Tech or any equal equivalent
Minimum of 6 years' experience in software development team following Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
Familiarity with other Agile approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD) and successful Agile techniques (e.g., User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration).
Knowledge of the technologies used by the team and experience in applying various documented patterns and techniques to enhance the Scrum approach.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.
