WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US


We are seeking a Junior Front End Developer who will contribute to building and maintaining user interfaces using Angular. With typically 0–2 years of experience, this role involves working within cross-functional teams to implement UI features that meet both business requirements and design specifications.


The Junior Front End Developer is eager to learn, takes ownership of assigned UI tasks, and grows their Angular skills in a collaborative environment.


WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR


  • Develop and maintain Angular components, modules, and services following team standards
  • Implement designs and wireframes provided by the UX/Design team with attention to detail
  • Use Angular features such as routing, reactive forms, RxJS observables, and dependency injection
  • Integrate REST APIs using Angular's HttpClient and handle asynchronous data flows
  • Write unit tests using Jasmine and Karma, and component tests where applicable
  • Participate in code reviews, receiving and providing constructive feedback
  • Debug and resolve front end issues across browsers and devices
  • Follow the team's component library, design system, and coding conventions
  • Continuously learn Angular best practices, new framework features, and front end patterns

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • Basic knowledge of Angular (components, modules, services, routing)
  • Understanding of TypeScript and its use within Angular
  • Familiarity with RxJS and reactive programming concepts is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, including responsive design
  • Exposure to REST API consumption from the front end
  • Familiarity with Git for version control
  • Eye for detail when translating designs into code
  • Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and grow
  • Academic projects, personal projects, or internship experience with Angular are welcome
