·Drive adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Execution Excellence for E Retail(e.g. On-time delivery performance, Transit times, net service levels, SLAH, RTO reduction, timely connectivity onto the network, reduction in errors etc)
·Drive safety and security of all E Tail shipments in the location
·Drive timely, accurate and profitable delivery of shipments to customers
·Ensure they meet their MOO targets
·Ensure adherence to service quality levels set forth for the location
