The purpose of this role is to managing risk, ensuring compliance, and protecting the organization’s interests
Contract Management: Draft, vet, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including Leases, Leave and License Agreements, Indemnity Bonds, Maintenance Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Agreements with influencers, PR agencies, media buying agencies, Contractor Agreements, Service Agreements, Manpower Staffing Agreements, Freelancer Agreements. Technology and SaaS Agreements, Appointment Letters, Engagement Letters, Referral Agreements.
Compliance Management: Understanding of legal compliances and ensure company adherence to legal and regulatory compliances applicable to the organization.
Litigation Support: Assist in court proceedings, including vetting court documents, strategizing legal actions, and attending hearings.
Police Matters: Provide active support in police-related issues as needed.
Legal documents: Draft legal notices, responses to notices, show cause replies, letters, undertakings, and declarations.
Database and Tracking: Maintain databases for agreements, litigation cases, legal notices, other statutory matters. Update and manage legal trackers for efficient monitoring and reporting.

Post Qualification Experience: 6 plus years of relevant in-house legal experience, with at least 2 years of litigation experience as a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputed university.
Skills: Strong knowledge of legal compliances and hands-on experience in end to end contract management & negotiations.
Travel: Willingness to travel for work-related matters when required.
