Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible to carry out CMM Programming for machining components as per internal Customer Provided drawings, MOS and Customer specific/ QMS requirements for machined components.

  
  

• Work closely with manufacturing / production & Quality teams to develop CMM Programs As per Machining processes for various Machining operations.

  
  

• Candidate should have in depth understanding of ASME Y14.5 and various GD & T Features, its application in Aerospace industry during CMM Programming.

  
  

• Willingness to work & get qualified to Cross functional quality cells Such as FPI, FI, FAI & DSQR, along with working with HPT teams for daily analysis of yield improvement, EHS & process improvisation projects.

  
  

• Contribute to continual improvement through audit programs, assessment / of various non-conformances and driving corrective actions identified through Root Cause Analysis.

  
  

• Understanding of site quality QMS procedures & policies.

  
  

• Understanding of process & yield improvement tools like RCA, KAIZENS, 7 QC tools, PFMEA, SPC, MSA etc.

  
  

• Providing training, and support to shop operations, design, and manufacturing to assure effective Quality Assurance

  
  

• Maintaining awareness of the latest inspection techniques & processes and their beneficial and limiting aspects for optimum application

  
  

• Actively contributing to non-conformance, event management & analysis etc

  
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Candidates with an experience in CMM programming of Zeiss ACCURA, CONTURA, DURAMAX and Accurate CMM etc. & Used Calypso Software latest version.

  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates should have hands on 4-8 Years experience in CMM programming of Zeiss ACCURA, CONTURA, DURAMAX etc. & Used Calypso Software latest version.

  
  

• Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Production

  
  

• Candidate should have in depth understanding of ASME Y14.5 and various GD&T

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of process & yield improvement tools like RCA, KAIZENS, 7 QC tools, PFMEA, SPC, MSA etc
