ABOUT AIRFREIGHT DEPARTMENT
The Air Freight Operations team plays a pivotal role in managing the import and export of goods by air. Their primary objective is to create and maintain efficient processes, guaranteeing the seamless movement of goods by collaborating with Airline partners, Procurement and Capacity management, network offices, vendors, and customs brokers, ultimately contributing to profitability.
JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of the role is to manage network coordination and ensure effective execution and delivery across countries & regions while maintaining service quality, process compliance and customer satisfaction
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Control Tower operations including real-time monitoring and managing end-to-end logistics operations, shipments, escalations, and coordination across multiple stakeholders in real time
- The role involves coordination with teams, clients, or operations across different countries and regions, requiring global communication and time-zone management.
- The work is related to air freight logistics, including shipment tracking, transportation coordination, documentation, delivery timelines, and handling air cargo operations.
- Managing the network escalations – especially where there is a delivery impact, process check, amendment basis customer requirement.
- Maintain accurate live shipment report for customer and OPS teams.
- Monitor shipments processing, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution to ensure smooth workflow execution.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, compliance, and operational performance.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Must Have
- 2-3 years’ experience in the logistics, airline, or BPO industry
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality output
- Attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience with data entry, invoice generation, and recordkeeping
- Courses and certifications in international business preferred
- EXIM/IATA certification
