Responsibilities


  • Provide first‑level IT support to employees via phone, chat, email, and IT ticketing tools


  • Log, update, and manage incidents and service requests accurately in the support system


  • Troubleshoot issues independently where possible and escalate to senior teams when required


  • Be willing to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements.


  • Actively learn new tools, technologies, and support workflows


Your profile


We are looking for a motivated Fresher / Apprentice to join our Employee Support Center, where you will be the first point of contact for employees needing IT assistance. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are tech‑savvy, curious, and eager to build a career in IT support and enterprise technologies. The candidate we are looking for should have:


  • A strong technical mindset with genuine interest in IT and technology


  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with computers and digital tools


  • Familiarity with Microsoft‑offered services (O365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)


  • Agile and adaptable mindset – able to learn quickly and adjust in a fast‑paced environment


  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn, grow, and build a career in IT support


  • Strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively


  • Excellent English speaking and communication skills


  • Good general computer competency and troubleshooting approach


Educational Background


  • Bachelor’s / College Degree in:


  • Computer Science ,Information Technology Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication)


  • Science & Technology or equivalent


Nice to Have (Added Advantage)


  • Any IT certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Fundamentals, CompTIA, etc.)


  • Internship, apprenticeship, or academic project experience in IT support or related areas
