Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Will play integration architect role on Kinaxis implementation projects. Engage with client stakeholders to understand data requirements, carry out fit-gap analysis and work on overall integration architecture landscape. Guide integration team to build and deploy effective integration packages to validate and transform customer data for integrated business planning and analytics. Review and analyze data provided by client along with its technical & functional intent and inter dependencies Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Implementing ETL solutions to integrate Kinaxis Rapid Response and similar other SCM software in client environment
- Experience in leading technical design for inbound / outbound processes Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration processes and data management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Kinaxis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Talend experience will be an added advantage
- Rapid Response Integration Consultant certification will be a plus
- SQL/SSIS experience will be an added advantage
- Open to travel - short / long term
