Summary:
As a Team Lead / Senior Specialist in the Learning & Transformation Business Innovation & Human skills team, you will drive impactful learning initiatives, facilitate training sessions, and manage end-to-end program delivery.
You will be responsible for developing new learning modules and redesigning existing content.
This role requires strong facilitation skills, program management expertise, and a passion for nurturing talent through innovative and experiential learning methods.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Facilitate Training & Coaching:
- Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences.
- Ensure delivery of program hours as per defined targets and quality standards.
Program Management & Impact:
- Support end-to-end program lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Support to track and measure program effectiveness using impact metrics and feedback loops.
Learning Module Development & Redesign:
- Design and develop new learning modules tailored to emerging needs.
- Redesign existing content to improve relevance, engagement, and outcomes.
- Integrate innovative learning methodologies and digital tools.
Self & Team Competency Development:
- Self-learning and continuous upskilling aligned with industry trends.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Expertise in program management and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to design and deliver impactful learning solutions
- Analytical mindset for measuring program effectiveness
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Other Essential Skills:
- Experience in Learning & Development or Technology Education domains
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools
- Certification in facilitation, coaching, or instructional design (preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing learning programs and coaching teams
- Expertise in training Delivery for Design Thinking, Storytelling, Emotional Intelligence, Deep Listening, Personal Presence etc.
- Experience in content development across formats – virtual, blended, and in-person
- Ability to assess learner s needs and tailor content accordingly
