Role OverviewThe Implementation Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end product implementation for enterprise clients.
This role works closely with Implementation Managers, Product, Engineering, and Client stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and adoption of the platform.
The position requires strong analytical capabilities, structured project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities1. Requirement Gathering & Solution ConfigurationSupport discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with client stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional configurations within the platform.
Prepare solution design documents and configuration sheets.
Align implementation scope with signed SOW and project timelines.
2. System Setup & ConfigurationConfigure platform modules based on client needs.
Set up user roles, permissions, workflows, automation rules, and reports.
Coordinate data uploads and validation activities.
Support integration coordination with the Integration Analyst team.
3. Project CoordinationAssist Implementation Managers in tracking project milestones.
Maintain project trackers, RAID logs, and status reports.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
Follow up with clients for pending dependencies.
4. Testing & Quality AssuranceConduct internal QA before UAT.
Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Track defects, enhancement requests, and configuration gaps.
Ensure all acceptance criteria are met prior to go-live.
5. Client Communication & Training SupportParticipate in client governance calls.
Provide functional walkthroughs of configured modules.
Support training sessions and enablement programs.
Address client queries related to system usage and workflows.
6. Go-Live & Hypercare SupportSupport go-live readiness activities.
Monitor initial adoption and resolve configuration issues.
Ensure smooth handover to Customer Success / Support teams.
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Experience2–4 years of experience in implementation, project coordination, or SaaS deployment roles.
Experience handling enterprise or mid-market clients.
Strong understanding of:
Business requirement documentation
Functional configuration in SaaS platforms
UAT coordination
Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
Good working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
