- Take initiative to generate demand and sell products inidentifiedprojects by convincing the project owner’s/influencers about our systems/products.
- Appointenough noof project dealers and ensure development ofenough noof trained applicators attached to these project dealers.
- To design and implement GCCT strategy and Major Initiatives for ensuring achievement of Sales and Margin Objectives
- Planning,implementingand reviewing the Sales & Distribution Strategy
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Customer
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Sales Objectives
DriveidentifiedInitiatives in the assigned area to achieve the overall sales objectives
· Identify& effectively implement Major and Key initiatives in the areas of Market Development, Distributionexpansion&Sales Operation.
· Identifythe critical/burning issues of the assigned area affecting sales & take remedial action/ escalate wherever needed.
· Continuouslyidentifygaps in the regular working of sales support staff and remedy the situation without allowing it to damage the business.
· Support the Concrete Admixture, CPR & Injection business driven nationally from HO
· Work closely with the Channel partnersto jointlysecure business.
· Identifyand work with the Marketing Team & Product Managers to develop Authorized applicators in the Zone.
