Finalization of Quarterly and annual financial statements as per local GAAP including consolidation Monthly closing and reporting as per IFRS Work with both statutory and internal auditors, addressing queries and ensuring compliance Accounting support for special topics such as mergers & acquisition, etc. INDAS implementation for new INDAS Analytical review for P&L and Balance sheet. Accounting support for various Tax and secretarial topics Training and guidance for complex accounting topics Adhere to accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, GAAP), regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Prepare and present financial reports to management for decision-making purposes. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds! You are a qualified Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience. Good knowledge of IFRS, IND AS.
